1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account and accessing or using the services provided by BioBeak ("Service"), owned by ATech Lifesciences ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use or access the Service.
2. Description of Service
BioBeak provides an AI-powered SaaS platform for biomedical text mining, protein property analysis, and retrieval-augmented literature searches. The Service can be accessed via our web interface or programmatically through developer API keys.
3. Account Registration & Security
To use BioBeak, you must create an account. You agree to maintain the security of your password, session, and developer API keys. You are fully responsible for all activities and API requests executed under your account credentials.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized research purposes.
- Circumvent plan quotas, rate limits, or try to exploit our database structure.
- Use automated scripts to scrape literature references in a way that violates PubMed or PMC terms of use.
- Generate malicious requests or attempt to compromise server infrastructure.
5. Fees & Payments
Pro and Enterprise tiers are billed monthly or annually as selected during subscription sign-up. Fees are non-refundable. Quota limits are reset at the end of each billing period.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or revoke your API keys at any time if we determine a violation of these terms or excessive rate limit abuse.
